Our Process / Department

Our aim to always attain and wherever possible exceed the standards expected by our customers. We have strict and regular process of quality maintaining by our quality team. As we get the raw materials, the thickness and grade of the sheets are verified. Then after every process of fabrication like finishing, cutting edge and Burr in punching are monitored. Before dispatch of materials, finished products are subjected to match the documents.

We have got 45 skilled staffs and 65 causal workers to assure the production as per our planning and schedule. Since we dont have the Galvanizing facility here, we do it on contract basis. We under full responsibility for the finishing and quotting of zinc. We fabricate MS trays and do, Hot Dip Galvanizing to the standard specified by customers. We provide test certificate with our supply.

Storage Racks and Slotted Angles are our other main products. To solve space related problems, Slotted Angle Racks are utilized to ensure more accommodation. We customize the dimension of racks as the area requires. We supply both enameled and powder coated racks. Slotted angle racks are used in retail counters, light weight storage area, offices to keep files, documents amd in domestic use.

For Industries and ware houses, we manufacture Heavy duty racks, single and two tier with maximum span to tune of 3 mtrs length and 1.5 mtrs width, Height ranges from 2.5 mtrs to 6 mtr. We can easily visualize the needs of a customer and put all our efforts in execution. Our untiring and determined efforts, will march us towards an handsome annual turnover of more than 40 crores. We are quite capable of this based on our infrastructure, potentiality, diplomacy, efficient White collars team and dedicated Blue collars.
